release stuck energy & stress from the body.
Conscious Connected Breathwork in Vancouver, BC.
A safe space to release stuck emotions and stress from your nervous system.
You’re tired of feeling like you keep returning to the same patterns.
It’s like you can never release the energy & emotion stuck in the body that keeps coming back.
Conscious Connected Breathwork is a holotropic-style breathwork that supports release of stuck emotions & energy from our nervous system by intentionally experiencing an activated nervous system state followed by a release and integration/rest.
We ground the system before activating breathwork and you are always in control of your experience and how far you go as you will be provided options to switch back to grounding breath if you need to pause or slow down the experience.
The session starts with pranayama or grounding breath or somatic grounding to support our nervous system regulation and alternative grounding breath patterns will be provided if you have contraindications for holotropic-style breathwork.

My approach is a combination of pranayama and holo-tropic style breathwork, neuroscience, somatic energy activation. The effects include but not limited to: increased oxygen to your brain and heart, reduced stress and increased endorphins, a deeper connection to your inner thoughts, feelings and peace and closer alignment with your body & needs.

Conscious Connected Breathwork is not known to be harmful in any way, but the immediate experience can feel uncomfortable for some. By tapping into your subconscious mind, repressed thoughts and feelings can be released in a cathartic manner. The first 24 hours are the most powerful and then integration of the experience begins to happen.
If you have a history of seizures, heart conditions, on heavily prescribed medication, pregnant, or suffer from high blood pressure, this kind of breathwork most likely is not suitable for you.

I will send out detailed information ahead of our time but in essence, you will need a quite space with a comfortable mat and pillow as well as a blanket for your shavasana. I recommend not eating a heavy meal 2 hours before the session and not using substances at least 24 hours beforehand.
